Description

Started in 1987 with the name of the Graphic Arts Technology, with the current designation of Design and Technology Graphic Arts, reflects the multidisciplinarity of contemporary communication among students and promotes an environment of energetic and creative work, conducive to the development of ideas. The main objective of this degree is to provide an integrated education that will provide students the ability to develop the various faculties (intellectual, visual and technical / technological) needed to carry out activities graphic, which gives access.

This course is a graduate receptive to technological innovation, is still the bridge between new digital media and traditional technological products.

Education of high quality, it is also informed by historical research, theoretical and practical, which seeks to sustain a professional practice that supports the cultural and career opportunities. This framework is complemented by lectures, discussions, individual projects organized by the Department, which is known for its great proximity to the printing industry nationwide.

ARTEC

The ARTEC arose from the desire to disseminate the course of Design and Technology Graphic Arts, from the first group of final year students of high school. This initiative was encouraging, both for teachers as students. Their acceptance in the middle, allows for the continuity of the event. Still remains the same spirit of discovery.
